Universities , Organizations , Sole Subscribers must read the " Refund and Return Policy Document " before / prior to processing any payment to either CCIIC Inc. or Fintech Council of India GURGAONHR. However all advance or partial or full payments are "non-refundable" post provisioning the Defi Portal Access or lapse of 5 Business Working Days which ever occurs first.  

Our Return and Refund policy document consists of:

• Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
• State of return (e.g. unworn)
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
• Contact details ( Updated Employee / Contact details are updated from time to time )
